With the rank you're mentioning, if you fall in ST category then I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into the middle tier NLUs but you have little chances of getting the newer NLUs like Jabalpur, if you have the state domicile.

Clat examis for 5 year integrated course since you are already doing graduation so now the option left for you is LLM that is masters in law and for that you can give clat once your graduation in done. So as per question yes you can definitely give Clat

For Kirit P Mehta school of law -  The eligibility criteria for BALLB program is 12th with minimum 50% and one has appeared for CLAT or LSAT. The CLAT score above 90 is a good score and enough for admission in BALLB.

Here is a list of NLUs and their respective cut offs for the general category for admission through CLAT in the previous year. You can expect a similar range of cut off ahead too. If you're from the general category you don't have any chance in any NLU.

Yes you should join a private Institute in case you are not willing to drop an year and prepare for CLAT. You can get into private Institutions through management quota.  You can also apply for colleges of IP University like ;

Yes,  you can apply for colleges of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and you may get into one of the following college of IP University; 

1. Delhi Institute of Rural Development

2. Chander Prabhu Jain College

If you have locked your seat in CLAT Counselling and you wish to withdraw, there are two ways of fee refund - 

  • If you have paid the fee and wish to refund 10,000 rupees will be deducted from your counselling fee and the rest will be refunded to
