In the second merit list, the closing cutoff rank for an SC category candidate is 4347. Both your category rank and your AIR is considered for admission in NLUs. Even with a West Bengal Domicile, there seem to be very slim chances that you will admission in NUJS

Congrats on you rank. I think it's better to have a back up for your colleges. Then you can still wait for the next round for your selections. Since you are OBC you can have chances but don't depend or wait for the second list.

With your mentioned rank in general category you can not get into any of the NLUs.So instead of waiting for subsequent lists you should go ahead with other options that you have.
There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities.

As you have not mentioned your category so I will answer assuming that you belong to open category. With your mentioned rank one can not get into any of the NLUs under open category. But if belong to the reserved categories then you have decent chances of getting
