You may not get any NLU with this Rank Because there are only few seats are for NRI students but may be some Sponsorships also there in NLU for NRI students might be possible through Sponsorships quota you will get admission but through NRI Cagegory Rank you will not

Hi Amit, considering your marks you must obtained rank in the range of 13000-14000. You may get one of the private institution accepting CLAT scores. Few of the Institutes accepting CLAT score are Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Vivekanada Institute of Professional Studies and other colleges of IP University.

You have a good chance of making it to one of the bottom 5 NLUs namely NLU Assam, Tamil Nadu, DSNLU, NLU Ranchi and NLU Nagpur. Please keep an eye on the vacant list as well. Vacant list notifications are published on the website of each NLU separately.
With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting an NLU but you can definitely look out for these colleges
