Here is a list of NLUs and their respective cut offs for the general category for admission through CLAT in the previous year. You can expect a similar range of cut off ahead too. According to your rank your chances don't seem much.

The cut off for admission in NIRMA University in the previous year usually goes up to the rank of 3000-3500 for the general category. Worst case scenario the cut off may go as high as 4000 rank. But considering that your rank is 22073 your chances in Nirma

Congratulations for you CLAT rank.
Your rank is pretty good, making you a strong candidate to get admission into NLUs.
You must go through the cut off list, which will be released later on by the NLU, which will confirm your admission status.
