But after july there will be vacant seats In nlu assam,nagpur,aurangabad,shimla..

First of all you have to try for that nlu's ..

Last year they take Adm. Upto 4600 rank ...

And Assam upto 4000 ..

Hey kashish,
A/c to the said marks,your expected rank is b/w 3400 to 4100(which can fluctuate),and if you get the above mentioned rank then definitely you'll be able to get ipu even if you are from outside delhi.

See according to your expected 114 marks you rank will be around 480-1180. This year cut off will be high but their are chances that you will get nlu whose past year cut off was under 1500 rank. So dont worry let the result come. then their are

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11100-12400. If you fall in SC category then I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into CNLU Patna even with the state domicile. But you can definitely look out for other colleges you can get with your rank

You have no chance of getting a National law university based on inputs given by you, ie 90 marks in CLAT if you belong to unreserved category 

Instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college like

Hey Abhishek,

You've got an amazing percentile. If you have a domicile of Bihar then you have a very high chance of getting CNLU, Patna. If not then still you might make it to CNLU. Please, make sure your preference list is good.

You have a more chance to get into many NLU's as you belong to ST category.Your rank may be around 6000+(approx)not sure.
