Your score is not good enough to get admission in nlu.
You won't get the benefit of your category as cnlu provides reservation to BC and EBC only.

Following is the eligibility criteria for CLAT 2020.

  • For the UG programme, there is no upper age limit for CLAT 2020.
  • Candidate should qualify at least class 12th from any recognized board.
  • Candidate belonging to General/OBC/SAP/other categories should achieve at least 45% in 12th and those belonging to SC/ST

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 3900-4700. If you fall in general category then even with a state domicile you won't be able to get into NLUs Shimla or Jabalpur. But since you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for
