                  For general category Compartive to previous year yes you may get into NLS but yes one may not be assure of what will be the cutoff this year as

Definitely you have high chances of getting into RMLNLU, Lucknow and if you have the state domicile then that's even better. But the rank you're mentioning in OBC category is great and you can easily get into some other NLUs like Bhopal,Ahmedabad or Kolkata.
