           Yes of course you may certainly appear for CLAT while doing your graduation. Not only CLAT for any competitive enterance exam you may appear 

          But all you need to look into is the age limit.

GNLU provides admissions to various undergraduate degree programmes.It would have been better if you had mentioned your marks or rank secured.Gujarat National Law University has reservations for reserved candidates as well as for women and gujarat domicile candidates.On All India Seats 30% horizontal reservations are made for Female

Indeed my friend, the clat committee offers reservation to person with disability candidates. Advantage is that majority of NLUs have disabled quota ranging from     2-5 %. Cutoff of such quota is lesser than the cutoff of general candidates thus, there is chances.
