If you have any objections you can log in to your account and raise it. Please note that the objection raising is available only till midnight of 2nd June 2019.

You can expect HNLU or RGNUL. 

Chances are less though. 

J&K cut off will be around 115-117.

First of all let me congratulate you for a good score.Based on the previous years cutoff analysis you have high chances of getting GNLU if you belong to SC/ST but if you belong to UR category it is not possible for you to get GNLU.
