Cut offs for different NLUs change every year depending on how the students have performed and many other factors. Last year the cut off for NLU jodhpur was 118 for general category. This year, the cut off is expected to get little low, as mentioned by the candidates
ofcourse you cannot get admission in topnotch NLU,s as this time the cutoff will go higher than previous year due to easy paper.being obc it will be tough but not impossile for you to get admission in low ranked NLU's such as aurangabad, nagpurand guwahati as from 2018 cutoff list

Since this year's cut off would be higher and looking at your scores and category status, you might get Ranchi, Mumbai, Assam, Odisha.
