Sorry but there's no chance of getting refund for the aplapplicat form for the exam. As the mistake is yours but if you want you can write and email to them and tell them about the misunderstanding you had but the chances of getting any positive response are very low.

To get admission into NLSIU even under SX category you need to have a score of 102  or above. if you have more than 105 in your texts you will be on safer side. That's how for past 2-3 years the trend has been.

No you cannot upgrade NLU if you give clat thats not how it works. As far as I am aware they don't even except transfer like inter University Transfer.
