Yes you can definitely. These are the exam that are taken into consideration for its admission : CLAT PG, AILET PG, ILI CAT, IPU CET etc. Also you need to fulfill the basic criterion of eligibility for application to the course is an L.L.B (Bachelor of Law)

The registration process for CLAT UG 2019 is scheduled to start from 10th January, 2019 onwards. The registrations will continue till the month of march. You can use the link which is provided below for for updates regarding the same.

hello Kshitij, though the level of the entrance test varies but on an average you have to at least score 150 and above to get into top 5 NLU.

The registration forms for CLAT are tentatively scheduled to be released on 10th of January. And the forms for MH CET will be released in the month of February. The exact date is not out yet. The forms when released will be available in the links given below
Dear Jigyasa, until you reach the counselling phase and you are joining any college, you don't need any original certificates. You can upload a copy of your educational documents. You haven't mentioned what you are studying in private college but ideally you can request the Authorities for certificates for counselling
