No, you cannot apply for CLAT for a 3 year LLB course. CLAT in an entrance test for admission only into a 5 year Integrated course of law which combines an Undergraduate degree with law like BA LLb, BCOM LLb, BBA LLb etc. CLAT doesn't provide admission to

If you are already a btech graduate then you do not need to do the 5 year Integrated  BA LLB in order to pursue law. You can just pursue a 3 year law degree.

Yes, you can.Candidate must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination. Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/ May 2019 are also eligible to appear in CLAT exam.
