No you can not take the CLAT exam after completion of Bcom. As CLAT does not offer any 3 year LLB course. CLAT only offers 5 year llb courses that you can go for after 12th. As you've completed your undergraduation you can opt for 3 year LLB

Are you asking for LLM programme? If yes, As per the eligibility to apply for CLAT PG programme, You need to score at least 55 percent in your qualifying degree Whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories need to score 50 percent marks in their qualifying degree of law.
Besides the books mentioned by Ruchika, I suggest you solve as many sample papers and previous years CLAT question papers for perfect preparation. These will make you familiar with the exam pattern and marking scheme followed in the exam. Also, you must practice solving them within the stipulated time.
