YesNIOS Board students eligible as tgey belong to recgnised board cum University and hence can appear for CLAT even if students in 12th appearing case.

Yes CLaT does accept NIOs board students since its valid and recognised board and all marksheets are valid for eligibility.

If a student is preparing well for JEE mains, and appears for CLAT then what are his chances for clearing CLAT

Greetings.

The preparations for JEE main examination and CLAT are entirely different. JEE main requires PCM as a base for preparation whereas CLAT requires logical reasoning, Legal aptitude etc. as a base for preparation. So, unless you perpare both well enough, there is no chance of clearing both

CLAT is the National Level Exam for the admission into the Undergraduate law programmes including BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB and BSc LLB & Postgraduate LLM programme. This exam is not for three years law programme.

LLB is 3 year course after graduation . A 5year course is known as BA LLb/BBA LLB  which is integrated course.

Yes you are eligible If you are in 6th. Minimum eligibility criterion is 45-50%(Varies from university to university)in graduation (any stream) .Admission to the same is based on entrance exams like CLAT, LSAT, AILET etc. Some universities can consider you if you submit your full result of compartment after improvement

I know this sounds pretty unbelievable but trust me this book is your only need. With more than 11000 Multiple Choice questions, it has previous years questions of CLAT
