I m from Jharkhand Open Schooling.Am i eligible to give the CLAT examination ?

The eligibility to give CLAT is as follows: 

  • Candidates should have passed senior secondary school or 12th board examination from recognised educational institution
  • Candidates must have 45% in qualifying degree. For sc and st this requirement is 40%

Plz tell me someone, if a candidate has completed 12th in science stream from NIOS can opt. BALLB in liue of BscLLB through CLAT or BLAT.

Dear student,
I would like to tell you that YES if a student has done his class 12th from science stream he can opt for BALLB instead Of BSCLLB thought CLAT OR BLAT. So you dont need to worry at all for that. There are no such restrictions.

Yes, Candidates passing 12th from NIOS are eligible to appear in CLAT exam. Students from NIOS are also eligible to take all other national level exams like NEET, JEE etc too.
5 year BSc LLb course was Available in Nlus like NLU Jodhpur, GNLU. NLU Jodhpur has discontinued

ClAT LLM shall have 3 sections each of 50 questions of 1mark each.

Which neans 150 questions for 150 marks.

Three sections include: Constitutional law, Jurisprudence, Otherlaw Subjects.

CLAT LLB jas Logical reasoning, Gk, and Verbal.

Yes he is definitely eligible as minimum 45%aggregate marks in 12th is must.

Sinc ehe scored 63% he is surely eligible.
There is no age limits as well and hence he his eligible.

Economic is highly helpful in Law and is must subject to hbderstand financial economics and analysis and have better understanding of corporate governance.

Geography shall hav elittle impact in CLAT exam.

Economics will give broad overview of economy, Law, and its Management.
