Sorry to say the year gap is vast according to BCI. You are having a vast year gap between your 10th and 12th which is not allowed by the BCI. You can not Apply for CLAT after 12th.

I understand your dilemma. You should fill CLAT form even if the dates are clashing. As in this case, the exam controller will surely update the admit cards with new examination dates. The CLAT committee will surely reject the date soon or the COMEDK will do it.

In order to prepare for current affairs to for CLAT you should read the newspaper daily.
You can refer previous year papers to check the type of questions asked in the exam. So, that you can prepare accordingly.
