You can apply under NRI only if you are a non resident Indian or your father or you mother is a NRi, You cannot apply under both the category, you need to select either of them i.e. go for NRI category or General Category.

CLAT scores are very unpredictable as is the examination itself. The paper pattenrn changes every year. Therefore the highest score changes each time. It is very difficult to say what the next years highest scores will be and what the cut offs for each NLU will be.

After completing BA programme you can apply for CLAT Entrance exam. CLAT is the national level exam for the admission to Five year integrated programme & Post Graduate law ( LLM) programme and if you have already completed your Graduation programme then you can also go for 3 Years law
