Yes, you can do that but for that you need to cancel your admission in BHU and you need to be fully sure that you will be getting an admission in DU, because only after cancelling the admission from BHU you are eligible for admission.

General Candidates need to qualify their graduation degree with at least 50 per cent marks.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to score 40% marks in their qualifying degree
Candidates belonging from OBC, PwD and CW need to score 45% in

Fee is very feasible for a student which costs around 6-7 thousand a year and that makes 22-23 thousand for total course. As it us central university so, fees is highly subsidized and a student can afford study easily here
