CLAT and DULLB are 2 different exams for law studies only.
CLAT can be done after 12th wheras DULLB can be done after graduation.
CLAT is for 5 years and DULLB is for 3 years.

Any category student can clear any competitive exam it just matters how hard you prepare

DU LLB is an exam conducted by Delhi University for law which is of 3 years after graduation whereas NLU provides law exam for 5 years that is after 12th you can apply in for that the entrance exam name is CLAT.
