DU LLB second cutoff as we can expect will be declared before 31st July. As most of the other courses 2nd merit list has already been declared. As per last year general rank of 99 was cutoff in 2nd list you could expect around the same. Here is whole details

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that the cutt off  will be teases in the third week of the July as it was a assumed date but around this only the cutoff will be released ,

Well going by the cutoffs of 2018, I am sorry but you cannot get a seat under DU this year. You can opt for other alternatives or try again in the next year. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

There are high chances for you to get a hostel becasue candidates from the reserved caste category having a rank's of 500 to 1000 are seen to have a hostel accomodation. Quiute a few times it also depends on your luck. You can also get a hostel in  your 2nd and 3rd year of LLB depending upon on your 1st/2nd year marks. If by any chance you miss to get a hostel then you can work hard and score a marks, that is, atleast of 60% and get a hostel accomodation.
