In case you have uploaded wrong caste certificate i would suggest you contact/mail delhi university for the same they will guide you accordingly, also they might issue dates for rechecking the form to correct mistakes, 2nd option is fill the form again, but try contact DU authorities for

 No, After payment of the online registration fee correction , deletion or addition in any manner is not allowed . However you can start a fresh application by submitting all your details with new login credentials also you have to do the payment again .
