Dear aspirant hope you are a doing well..
As my opinion it's not a good idea to prepare for both at the same time, I suggest that once you clear your D. U entrance examination and take admission in law college of delhi university, then you have sufficient time to prepare for the CDS exam, As I know many of the engineering student / b. Tech students prepare for the UPSC simultaneously the Accademy session. So you may also prepare for the CDS examination simultaneously with your Academic session.

Dear student if any question is scrapped your marks will neither increase nor decrease due to scrapping of questions... As each question carries 4 marks and there are 100 question means question paper of 400 marks and if two question are scrapped they will be excluded from question paper completely..means now calculation will be based on 98 question each carrying 4 marks ..so out of 392 marks you'll get your marks.
Thank you team career 360
Greetings,
The reason that no one from 7th merit list is not allotted any of the 3 centers i.e., Campus Law center, law center 1 and law center 2 in Delhi University is because there are limited number of seats and the students in the 7th merit list fall short of marks and eligibility criterion.

Economically Weaker Section category certificate is required if you want to claim your seat under reserved category. But if you don't have the certificate you should just mark your category at the time of filling the form but should have it at the time of counselling when your documents are duly verified.
Hope you are doing fine!
