We couldn't tell you the exact number of candidates applied for klee 2020. Because, the application form of KLEE 2020 is still open and candidates are even now applying for the klee 2020 examination
And will keep applying till March 18th , 2020 i.e last date of application , so the number of students that have applied can be known only after March 18th , 2020.

Yes Klee is providing BBA llb and B.com llb, the exam conducted by CEE, for the Integrated course as well as 3 year courses, the mode of the exam is online.

The eligibility criteria for KLEE 2020 (5 Yr LLB) exam is:
The candidate must complete intermediate with 45% aggregate.
(You are satisfying this).
The candidate must be minimum 17 yrs old. NO upper limit.
So, YES you can apply for KLEE 2020 (5 Yr LLB only as your educational qualification is 10+2 only).
Transfer and conduct certificate will be of class 12 as that is what you are seeking admission on. Your dropout scene has nothing to do with this.

KLEE is Kerala law entrance exam which is conducted in July for the entrance in the Government colleges and the private self finance colleges of Kerala state for law studies. Those who want 3 year or 5 year LLB program can give KLEE 2020. There are many colleges in Kerala which accepts KLEE results. They are as follows:-

2) Mar Gregorios college of Law, Nalanchira
3) Bharat Mata School of Legal studies Chunangamvely
4) Sree Narayana Guru College of Legal Studies, Kollam

KLEE is a State level Entrance examination for admission to approximately 1295 seats for admission to 3 year and 5 y ear Integrated Law courses in Kerala. These seats include Government Law Colleges and Self financed Law colleges too. So if you want to study Law in Kerala, KLEE is a good option for you. Cut offs depend on various factors like no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top score, difficulty of the exam and also your Category. Being a student of Indian Origin without Kerala domicile, you will not be eligible for any reservation. In such case you need to score atleast 90 percentile and above. You haven't mentioned your State but your State Level Entrance exam for law courses is ideal if you have any reservation because in your home State, you can avail your reservation.

In order to apply for KLEE LLM Programme, The candidate must have passed LLB program scoring 50% aggregate marks from University of Kerala or any other recognized university .
As you are pursuing B.com (//B.com) programme then you can apply for KLEE LLB programme as per the eligibility, Final year candidate can apply for the programme. (//B.com)
