Yes, you are eligible to apply for TS LAWCET for admission to 5 year Integrated LLB provided you must have passed 10+2 with or its equivalent with minimum 45% aggregate marks if you belong to general category and 40% aggregate marks if you belong to SC/ST category. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Science stream are also eligible provided they must score the above mentioned minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination.
No NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad does not accept TS LAWCET exam for admissions. For admissions in NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad candidates need to appear for CLAT and obtain a valid score then meet CLAT cutoff requirements. Based on CLAT score, availability of seats, category and choice filled, candidates are allotted colleges. NALSAR University of Law is a public state university approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Yes ,you can appear in both TS lawcet and clat examination for 5 year integrated LLB with qualification of 10 + 2 even if you have passed in the year 2010 provided you fulfill rest of their eligibility criteria.

There is no age limit for CLAT and TS lawcet examination.

To be eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 for 3 year LLB course is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree (in 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized University. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 45% of aggregate marks and 40% for SC/ST category candidates. SO you are not eligible to get appear for TS LAWCET and get admission as you haven't studied 10+2,
It is not mandatory while filing up the form of TS LAWCET (Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test) but at the time of Councelling you are going to need some documents and your Graduation certificate is one of them (depending upon the course you're are choosing).
