First of all TS LAWCET is only conducted for admission to five year law program based on 12th educational qualifications and three years LLB based on passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% aggregate, in case of admission to LLM for which only law graduates

Yes ,you can appear in both TS lawcet and clat examination for 5 year integrated LLB with qualification of 10 + 2 even if you have passed in the year 2010 provided you fulfill rest of their eligibility criteria.

To be eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 for 3 year LLB course is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's  Degree (in 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized University. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 45% of aggregate marks and 40% for SC/ST category candidates.
