As per your query i searched for the cutoff for the pg law college basheerbagh and found that the Open cutoff is 23 and as i can see 697 rank does not fall under the category. Sorry to say but you can not get in pg law college basheerbagh for 5 years course.

There is no previous cutoff regarding EWS category but you can also not get the admission in Osmania University under OPEN category as its cutoff is so high that is closing rank is 23 for open category students.Hence there will not any single chance of you to get the admission in Osmaia University.

As per Osmania University, the candidate must qualify the LL.B. Common Entrance Exam (LAWCET). So, to get in their university, you got to clear LAWCET. Below are the Cut Off for Osmania University, 2019.
