TS LAWCET Cut off remains same every year, it is 35% marks in the entrance examination. However, the cut off for the participating institutes are the opening and closing rank of seat allotment at the counselling process. Given below is the opening and closing cut off score of top colleges:

Hello Aspirant, I hope you are doing well. Since you don't have the qualifying marks that is 42, unfortunately, you are not eligible for admission. You could take a drop this year and try harder for next year by preparing better and ultimately giving your best which according to me is the best decision. The final decision is totally yours.

you have mentioned your marks which seems to lessen your chance to get a good college. however, you can surely get a seat through management quota. you will be asked to pay the specified amount and you will get seat in the college.
