The official notification to apply for TS LAWCET 2019 is not out yet but will be sometime this month.

However, the exam date has been released to take place on May 26th 2019.

Yes you would be required to upload digital signature. The process of application form filling is yet to start for TS LAWCET. More instructions pertaining to that will be known only after publication of the prospectus.
