NO there is no sports qouta in O.U. , You can not take admisson in OSMANI AUNIVERSITY with sports qouta as no such facility and opertunity is available there. so you can no go for this. all the best have a great future ahead.
You should join 3 year LLB courses, just after finishing bcom.. And if you want to finish it off in 2 years then try Giving exam for DU LLB
So in my opinion go for 3 year course, it has same value as 5 year course
