The Qualifying Exam will depend on the programme you wish to apply for. In case of the Three-year Law programme, your qualifying examination will be Graduation. While for the 5 year Law programme your qualifying examination will be Class 12.

Which diploma are you talking about? Look, a class 10th certificate is also a diploma. If you talking about that then you are not eligible for 5year LLB as according to the Bar Council Of India, the eligibility criteria for 5year LLB course is the only 10th

Law Types: BA LLB (5yrs course - for those who recently passed 12th board) and LLB (3yrs course - for those who completed their graduation in any field)
