All India Bar Examination
Please serach the details why application is rejected and send the mail to AIBE
Hi Sp,
Once you have applied for the AIBE which is conducted by Bar Council of India and have paid the fee against the enrollment or registration of the examination, you can appear for the exam only once in that academic year provided you meet the other eligibility criteria for the concerned exam. The exam fee that you pay is for appearing for the AIBE exam only once. If you fail to clear the examination in the first attempt then you have to wait for the next year and apply again afresh by filling out a new application form and paying the subsequent exam fee and then appear for the exam in the next attempt. The basic eligibility criteria for AIBE is that the candidate should possess a full time LL.B degree from any institution from any state which is recognized by the Bar Council of India.
