Hello aspirant,
YES, It is true that the candidates who are having disability declared by appropriate authority will assigned with the cut off which 5% less than the general category according to AIBE XVI (16) circular released in 2021.
Moreover, as you know AIBE is not a competitive exam rather a suitability test for law graduates to have a legal profession so, Minimum passing mark or cut off mark is enough to pass AIBE .
Hi aspirant,
The Bar Council of India (BCI) conducted the AIBE XVI 2021 exam on October 31, 2021 in pen-and-paper mode. The exam consisted of 100 MCQ's with 1 marks for correct response and 0 for wrong /unattempt ones. So when you fill two answers for a single question, your response will be counted invalid and wrong even though one of those two are correct.
But it is for sure that your OMR will not be rejected and be evaluated on basis of responses made by you.
Hope it helps!!
Hi Ashish,
You only need to register once with the state bar council in order to appear for the AIBE exam. The Bar Council of India has clarified that the validity of two years is applicable only for the practise of law.
So, if you have to practise law, you must clear the AIBE exam within two years of registration and obtain the Certificate of Practice . However, you can appear for AIBE any number of times, even beyond two years after registering once. If you clear the AIBE examination after expiry of two years of registration with the state bar council, then you have to register again with the bar council to be able to practise law.

Hi
As per the eligibility criteria, the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) exam is meant for candidates who have completed 3-year or 5-year LLB graduation. Those candidates who qualify in the AIBE exam will be given the COP certification, which is a mandatory requirement for practising in a court of law in India. AIBE is a certification exam and not an entrance examination.
