hello,
AIBE exam or simply say All India Bar Examination (AIBE ) is for advocates to help them to practise in india. After passing the examination you will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India. AIBE will be conducted in 40 cities all across India. You will have 11 languages to choose for attempting the examination. Examination pattern will be multiple choice question and it will be open book exam.
As a major change in exam pattern, BCI has changed the rule of carrying study material and books inside the test centre. This means that AIBE is no longer an open-book exam. However, you will still be able to carry Bare Acts inside the allotted centre.

Hi, the Bar Council of India (BCI), which is the regulatory body of lawyers and law education in the country, has announced new guidelines for the All-India Bar Examination on its official website, allindiabarexamination.com. As per the new guidelines, candidates appearing for the exam will not be allowed to carry any books or study materials inside the examination center. Candidates, however, will be able to carry the Bare Acts notes inside the center, said the BCI. Hope this helps.
