The eligbility criteria for AP LAWCET says that there is no age bar. Other eligibility you need to fulfill for five-year integrated law programme need to have a qualifying degree of two-year Intermediate examination (10+2) pattern with 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education.

The eligbility criteria for APLAWCET says that there is no age bar. Therefore, if you have a graduation degree you can go for the course via APLAW CET Examinations. However, also check other eligibility criteria to appear for the exam. I am listing down them for you.
A graduation degree in (10+2+3) pattern from any recognized university with at least 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognised as equivalent by the university concerned. If any candidate secures less than 45% marks in graduation, then he/she should have passed any additional graduate or postgraduate degree with 45% aggregate marks.

It also states that for those appearing in final year exam have to qualify other eligibility norm. It may be infered that on the date of counselling you are have completed the Graduation in the format of 10+2+3 from some reputed university or any other equivalent exam from acclaimed university or college with the minimum aggregate score of 45%.

As per the eligibility norms of LAWCET if, you are a native of Andhra Pradesh or any of your parents have a domicile of Andhra Pradesh then you are eligible to apply for the exam.
LAWCET or AP LAWCET is conducted by Andhra Pradesh Government for admission into various LLB and LLM courses across various LAW colleges.
The eligibility norms for the examination are set by APSCHE. Before applying, check the standards mentioned below:
Nationality:
1. Candidates belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Candidates whose parents have studied in Andhra Pradesh or any one parent is a domicile of AP.
Educational Qualification for LLB (3 years)
1. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration from any discipline
2. The candidate should have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam (40% for SC/ST candidates)
3. Candidates those who are in final year are also eligible to apply for AP LAWCET
Educational Qualification for LLB (5 years)
1. The candidate should be an Intermediate graduate or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
2. The candidate should have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam (It is 40% for SC/ST candidates).
3. Candidates in Final year are also eligible to apply for the law examination
AP LAWCET Age Limit
There is no prescribed upper age limit for AP LAWCET 2019.
The minimum age to apply for the exam is 21 years.

Dear Tejashwi, Sri Krishnadevaraya University will conduct APLAWCET on May 6th, 2019. The application forms will be releases in the month of March, tentatively. The exam will be conducted in a single session from 2.30pm to 5pm. You are supposed to answer 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) in 90 mins. Watch out for the official notification at sche.ap.gov.in/lawcet

To be eligible foe any five year law course you should have a minimum qualification of 10+2. For AP LAWCET 2019 eligibility criteria is :
Candidates seeking admission into five-year integrated law programme need to have a qualifying degree of two-year Intermediate examination (10+2) pattern with 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education.
if you willing to give CLAT then 10+2 board examination from any recognised educational institution.

You can appear for the three year law-course offerred by them as it requires you to have a 10+2+3 degree, that is 12th qualifying degree and a graduation degree. Moreover, there is no age-limit to appear for the exam, so you can surely apply for it.
Eligibility for Three Year Law Progamme:
A candidate needs to have a graduation degree in (10+2+3) pattern from any recognized university with at least 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognised as equivalent by the university concerned. If any candidate secures less than 45% marks in graduation, then he/she should have passed any additional graduate or postgraduate degree with 45% aggregate marks.
