There is no such restriction on the eligibility to appear for AP LAWCET. Even aspirants based outside Andhra Pradesh can appear for the exam. The eligibility critieria is different for three-year and five-year programme. For the five-year programme, you must have a qualifying degree of 10 +2, and for the three-year course, the degree must be of 10 + 2 + 3.

Dear Vasu, Krishnadevaray University, Anantapur will conduct the counselling session for AP LAWCET. Those candidates who qualify for AP LAWCET will receive invitations to appear for counselling. You need to register by paying the non refundable counselling fee. You need to visit the official website for counselling by logging in with your credentials. After the 1st round of counselling, you need to visit the verification centres for counselling and document verification. For this, you need to visit one of the cities at Ananthapur, Visakhapatnam, Guntur or Tirupathi. Hyderabad is not an option. You only need to attend counselling centre only during the 2nd phase and it should be within a centre in AP and Hyderabad comes under Telangana.
LLM is a Post Graduate two years Law programme. Are you interested to take admission in Andhra Pradesh law colleges for LLM programme? If yes, In order to take admission LLM programme, You need to appear AP PGLCET Entrance Exam which is the exam of Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Law programme. As per the eligibility you must have passed Bachelor of law or LLB with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
As you told that you have completed Graduation programme then you will be eligible to apply for LLB programme which is a three years Law programme, To take admission in Andhra Pradesh Law colleges for three year law programme you need to appear AP LAW CET Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility to apply for AP Law CET, You should have passed two-year Intermediate examination (10+2) pattern with 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, AP. No my dear friend. Counselling and certificate verification are must if you want to get admission through the exam LAWCET.
Eligible and qualified candidates of APLAWCET (who have already got their certificated verified) can exercise the options with the help of old password and Login ID.No. Candidates who did not pay the processing fee earlier and did not get their certificates verified during first phase will have to pay the processing fee from October 23, 2018 through payment gateway. They should get their certificates verified on October 25, 2018 and October 26, 2018. They will be able to get exercise options till October 28, 2018 upto 5.00 PM.
