You need to qualify/clear clat at least once and then on the basis of rank obtained by you in clat you can get admission in 5 year llb in nlus etc. But in the worst case even if you fail to get a seat then you can appear again

If you are under OBC category then you can secure your rank by OBC reservation category.. because there are OBC seats available for BA LLB and LLM course. But college fees relaxation is not mentioned anywhere. If you are under EWS category then your tution fees will be reduce.
