As per Your Question if you are asking about SC category students,then let me tell you you might have also enough good Chances to get good colleges,It might be fewer Chnaces for you to get seat in one of lower NLU,with this Rank,but i am not sure still.So

Yes you can give as per the revised  standard, there will be no age limit for ug program in clat 2019. So you won't face any problem while giving the entrance exam.
