If you have a score of 90 under obc category the chance sif you getting college is tough even under obc. As per previous years cut  off trend the lowest score for  obc till now has been 99. I would suggest you to apply for colleges that accept clat

It's quite difficult to say but you might able to get lower NLUs and since you are domicile of Jharkhand and  compare to other category PWD candidates cutoff is less. You have a fair chance. Lets hope for the best and wait till the official cutoff list.

Congratulations on clearing CLAT! The CLAT cutoffs for the first 3 rounds have been released.Regfarding the vacant seat scenario it varies with respect to the number of candidates woh have taken admission in the first 3 rounds.Now there are transfers and alos change of colleges.
