At this time, only Gujrat National Law university (GNLU) offers the course of Bsc LLb among all NLUs. NLU Jodhpur also used to offer this course but it has been scrapped due to less people opting for it.

No, CLAT is not going to be conducted by NTA in 2019. CLAT is a common admission entrance test for all the National Law Universities in india. And is conducted by a different NLU each year. In 2019 CLAT will be conducted by National Law University, Odisha.
