According to your rank it is difficult to get admission in NLU but according to your SC rank the college you will get most probably are:
1.NLUJA, ASSAM
2.TNNLS, TAMIL NADU.

Well with that score and rank you cannot dream of getting an admission in any of the National Law Univerities in India. Now the only way left is going for the private law colleges but it would be better for you to take a drop and score well

Colleges in CLAT are alloted on the basis of All India Rank since the cutoff ranks for every category ones are different. Hope you got it.

Despite looking for an admission with that rank and score I would suggest you to take a drop this year and prepare well for the next time so that you can get an admission in one of the NLUs.
Totally worth the effort.
But only if you are able to secure a seat in a Tier 1 NLU, which are:
NLSIU, Bangalore
NALSAR, Hyderabad
WBNUJS, Kolkata
NLU, Jodhpur
NLU, Delhi
CLAT is an exam which you can very well prepare alongside a full time Bachelor Degree course.

No, you don't have any chances og getting in national law university (NLU), BUT you can try your luck in good private law college in India
i would suggest you to try in some private law college like
Institute of Law, Nirma University - This private law University
