Yes, there are chances that you can make it to one of the National Law Schools with that rank and your OBC category status. But still you need to wait for the cutoffs to be out.

According to your general rank its is very difficult to get NLU but it is quite possible through OBC rank, try in CNLU (PATNA), call them and get details for your admission.
