Your category and domicile will play major role in deciding whether you are going to get a seat at DNLU Jabalpur or not. If you are a candidate from SC/ST category with MP domicle only then you can expect a seat at DNLU. For reference check 3rd Allotment

According to me,With clat score 82.5 and rank 7158 an being a CG domicile ,You cannot get admission in HNLU, raipur.The cut off for HNLU raipur is around 2500 rank.However you can get admission in other NLU's with the above rank.

Yes there is fee concession for sc's for students while taking admissions in colleges. it is not fix that how much concession will be given . if you are going for the govt college then maybe you will be admitted in the college and study there for free of

You have to fill in your all india rank in the predictor and then your college will be predicted according to category you fill in.
