If we go by Third Allotment list of National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJAA) the last general candidate who was offered a seat got 1556 rank. Going by this I think you have very littel chance of getting a seat at NLUJAA. Best of Luck!

Both the all india rank and category rank are taken into account but as you have a very high all india rank you are not eligible for any NLUs and your category rank is also high so you can try next year or go for some private colleges.
