You have no chance of getting a National law university based on inputs given by you,

Instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college like

 Institute of Law, Nirma University - This private law University is often ranked higher than some of the recently established NLUs.

• Rajendra Mane College of Engineering and Technology, Ratnagiri
• Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology, Sangli

Last year , final list of nirma university went upto 2200 rank and in vacanices it was around 2500 rank. So you  have average chances to get into with this rank.

Yes, you can get admission in Amity University on the basis of your CLAT score. You can also get admission on the basis of 10+2 marks. The aggregate percentage should be more than 80.
