I assume that you have scored this in CLAT and you are from general category, so i would say that you wont get any National law university (NLU) on 70 marks

If you are not able to get into SPA's and NITs for B.Arch. then there are list of various private institutions which at time's are better than the NITs so according to your rank you can get admitted.

The cut off for CLAT 2018 as expected by the experts are
CLAT Possible: 138+ for the top 5 NLUs and 122+ the overall cutoff
CrackCLAT: Overall cut off around 125-130
So you can expect a cut off in the similar range only.
