Hi there,
As per the rules of eligibility of Bar Council of India, for admission in 3 year LLB course you should have completed senior secondary education i.e. 10+2 and in addition to this you should also be a graduate degree holder, there is no rule which says that you cannot take admission in 3 year law course if you have done your graduation from open school. So to answer your question yes, you can take admission in LLB and the duration of the same will be of 3 years because as per the rules of BCI LLB can be done after graduation and the duration of the same should be of 3 years. I have attached a link of top LLB colleges in India where you can do your 3 year LLB for your reference, https://law.careers360.com/articles/9564-law-entrance-tests
HI,
delhi university has only english as the language of llb course study. professors will take class on english version. if you are from hindi medium in 10+2 course or in graduation you may face little difficulty at first, but if you every day read some news paper on english and do watch english news channel, you may overcome the rigidness over english.
hope you may understand.

Hello Ayushi,
The CLAT exam is only for the candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate or 5 year integrated LLB course. If you want LLB, you have to answer CLAT, as your admission process is based upon the merit in this entrance exam. Hello Muskan Kashyap
Yes, you can apply for LLB after 12th . You may either choose BA LLB or BBA LLB five year integrated undergraduate program. You need to give the entrance examination for getting admission. Every college conducts their own entrance examination.
The candidates those who are interested to do after +2 they have to choose 5 years LAW, For this they have to appear entrance exams( Like CLAT , AILET, HPNLET, LET, etc.) and at least score 55% in class +2.

Best of luck………..
Aditya, DU offers only a 3 year LLB programme and you can apply for it only after your graduation. The eligibility criteria states that the aspirant needs to have passed graduate or postgraduate exam from University of Delhi or an equivalent university. Also, the general candidates should have secured at least 50% in their graduate/ postgraduate exam.
Although if you want to pursue law after class 12th, you can give exams like CLAT and AILET which admit students directly after their 12th boards.
see for general candidate they need to have 50% marks in graduation to appear in dullb. sc/st candidates it is 45%. however you may reappear in any exam while applying for du llb,. but at the time of counselling you need to submit the pass marks certificate. make sure you will get it at that time.
