Well going by the DU LLB cutoffs in the previous years, I can say that you might not be able to get admission in CLC with your rank as in DU LLB entrance all the candidates who have got the same marks are given the same rank and there are so many more candidates above you.

The expected cutoffs for DU LLB 2019 for different categories are as follows;

               Ranks        marks 

General 990-1470, 230-250

Other Backward Classes- 3100-3900, 200-210
Scheduled Caste- 5670-6790, 160-180
Scheduled Tribe- 9610-11750, 130-120

And these cutoffs are calculated taking into account the previous year cutoff trends and  the other cutoffs determining factors. And seeing these cutoffs , you do not have any chances of getting a seat in DU LLB  college.

And if you are confused about the rank system ,then let me tell you thar DU LLB has a different ranking procedure. Your rank 230 does not mean that there are just 229 students who have got more marks than you. There can be even 4000 because all of  the students who are having the same score are given the same ranks.So for a single rank , there are many rankholders. .

Note that the ranks mentioned above are individual ranks , but your rank 59 is combined rank .

So considering the cutoff marks , you have good chances to geg a seat in DU LLB 2019  . but nothing can be said about your chances in CLC . You have good chances for faculty of law.

Dear student, if the rank you have specified is an overall general rank and not your category rank, then you will definitely get hostel after getting admission in faculty of law. Although the seats are minimum, there is special reservation for physically handicapped candidates and you can avail the benefit of this.

I am afraid that you won't be able to get admission. 

DU LLB cut off last year in the fourth list was 99 rank or 226 marks for the general category, 163 rank and 162 marks for scheduled caste, 230 rank and 95 marks for scheduled tribes, and 140 rank and 185 marks for other backward classes.
