The registrations for  DU LLB 2019 counselling have not started yet. They are expected to start in the fourth week of july , 2019 . So upto now , there is no link for registering for counselling. The link will only get active when the registratios will start.

The cut off for the entrance exam of LLB 2019 in Delhi University which is going to be merit based admission has already been released on the 28th June of 2019. Applicants can check the counselling dates and the cut off marks, which are selected by the University of Delhi for the process of admission in the undergraduate law programs in the official site. it is absolutly fine if the format of character certificate has been downloaded from internet. there is no problem in that. however, you have mentioned that the cerificate has been attested by councillor but as per my knowledge, it should be attested by a gazzeted officer. so in order to avoid error, please take care of this also. you can also confirm this by visiting du college regarding this.

Delhi University will conduct DU LLB 2019 Counselling in the fourth week of July 2019. You need to appear in the counselling of DU LLB 2019 in offline mode. Candidates whose name appear in the merit list of DU LLB 2019, will be issued call letters to attend the DU LLB Counselling 2019 as a way to seek admissions into undergraduate law programme offered by Delhi University.
