Parvesh Bansal 10th Jul, 2019

Hi Jagrati,

Considering your marks and the last year cut off marks you have a very slight chance of getting a call from Law Center. Last year cut off marks for SC was 155. Now it depends upon level of this paper which you must be knowing if the paper was easy then 125 will not be enough.

I scored 125 in du LLB entrance exam belonging to st category.what are the chances of getting admission on it.And probably which college?

mansiprofessional234 Student Expert 10th Jul, 2019

Hey !

I must say that your score is good to get a seat in delhi university as the previous year cutoffs for ST category candidate were around 95-110 marks , and your score is more than that. You are eligible for getting a seat in DU . But predicting the college is a hard task because it only depends upon the number of students who applied , no. Of reserved seats in a college . And also cutoffs vary every year

But you can predict the colleges for you by using DU LLB college predictor tool:

I got 125 in LLB entrance exam belong to st so , what is the chance of getting admission.

mansiprofessional234 Student Expert 10th Jul, 2019

Hey !

If we see the previous year cutoff trends for DU LLB  , then being an SC candidate  , you are eligible for getting admision in DU , as your marks are much more than the previous year cutoff marks for ST category.  But the cutoffs change every year and depends upon the number of seats , the number of students who applied etc. Since there might be many students in ST category who have scored better marks than you. So , if the seats will be available after giving the first preference to those students , then only you can get a seat. And this can not be easily predicted.

To know the past year cutoff trends for du llb entrance exam , follow the given link :

I got 142 marks & I belong to SC category is there any chance to get admission in du llb

mahimadogra_6929406 Student Expert 10th Jul, 2019
Hey.
According to the previous year trends for admission in Delhi University for the 3 year LLb course, the cut off for admission in the year 2018 was around 162 marks for the SC category. In the previous year 2017 the cut off for admission in DU for the SC category  for 3 year LLB was a score around 168. The cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty, competition etc. But you can still expect the cut off in a similar range. Hence your chances seem a little less. But if this year the cut off is lower than before only then you would have chances for admission.
Best of luck

Parvesh Bansal 10th Jul, 2019

Hi Ankita,

Given the fact that this will be the first time  Cut off rank for EWS quota will be released you have a real good chance to get a call from DU Law Center. Also the general category cut off is around 250 looking at the previous year trends, So, That also is a good sign, Therefore you have a good chance.

i have got a score of 215 in du llb 2019 (general category) what are the chances???

Parvesh Bansal 9th Jul, 2019

Hi SSS,

Considering the previous year cut offs and the level of this year paper the expected cut off for general candidate may be around 250. Therefore your chances of getting into Law Center are not bright having said that one never knows the previous years cut offs are just Indicative.
